Job Description of Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist in overseeing the housekeeping department’s operations per floor
- Distributes assignments accordingly ensuring that the service standards are being followed by the Room Attendants.
- Coordinates with the the Assistant Executive Housekeeper regarding supplies requisition and other requirements to ensure the smooth operation.
- Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service

Qualifications Required for Housekeeping Supervisor
- With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience in a hotel
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational skills, Communications Skills and time management.
